Graduated from the Latvian Academy of Culture with a specialization in Cultural Theory and Management. MBA at the University of Latvia program in cooperation with Steinbeis University Berlin. Studied the profession of simultaneous interpreter at the University of Latvia. As a visiting student he studied at the University of Tartu (Estonia), the Moscow State Institute of Humanities (Russia) and the University of Siena for Foreigners (Italy). Strengths: multilingualism and intercultural cooperation.
Since 2015 is a Head of the LIAA Representative Office in Finland.
